The Mission
The mission of Culture Shifters Ministries, Inc. is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
The Vision
The vision of Culture Shifters Ministries, Inc. is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior.
Our Story
Culture Shifters was born from a growing burden to see people not only hear the gospel but live it out in their everyday lives. For years, we watched culture become louder while the Church often became quieter. We saw students graduate from youth groups only to drift away from their faith. We saw young adults searching for identity, purpose, and belonging in places that could never truly satisfy. We saw people who loved Jesus but felt unequipped to share their faith or make an impact in the world around them. The need was clear: people didn't just need another event, program, or social media account. They needed to be equipped, encouraged, and empowered to live on mission where God had already placed them.
In 2025, Culture Shifters was founded to help meet that need. What began as a vision quickly became a movement centered on one simple belief: followers of Jesus were never meant to be shaped by culture, they were called to shape it. We recognized that every believer has influence, whether in a classroom, workplace, neighborhood, athletic field, or online platform. Our goal became helping everyday people discover that they don't need a stage, a title, or a large following to make a difference. They simply need a willingness to say yes to God and live boldly for Him.
Today, Culture Shifters exists to equip people through discipleship resources, digital content, conferences, speaking events, podcasts, Culture Crews, and outreach opportunities. Everything we create is designed to help people grow in their faith, share the gospel confidently, and become intentional about impacting the culture around them. We believe that when ordinary people fully surrender their lives to Jesus, extraordinary things happen.

Why the World Needs Culture Shifters
The world is searching for answers. People are more connected than ever through technology, yet many have never felt more isolated. Anxiety, depression, confusion, and hopelessness continue to rise while truth is increasingly treated as something that can be created rather than discovered. In a culture filled with noise, people are desperately looking for something real. They are searching for hope, purpose, identity, and belonging.
At the same time, millions of people are walking away from church and faith communities. Many feel disconnected, unseen, or uncertain about where they belong. Others have never experienced a genuine relationship with Jesus and have only encountered distorted versions of Christianity. We believe this creates an incredible opportunity for believers to step into the gap with both truth and love. The gospel has not lost its power, and the message of Jesus remains the answer to the deepest needs of the human heart.

What We Believe
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again so that we could be forgiven and restored to God. We believe that the gospel still changes lives, that Scripture is truth, and that every believer has a purpose in God's Kingdom. We believe that discipleship is more than information, it is transformation. Faith was never intended to be something we keep to ourselves; it is something we carry into every area of life.
Our heart is to see people move beyond simply attending church and begin actively living out their faith. We want to help believers grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus while becoming more confident in sharing their faith with others. We believe every Christian is called to make disciples, serve others, and be a light in the world around them.

Our vision is to see a generation of believers who refuse to blend into the culture around them. We want to see students boldly living for Christ in their schools, parents leading their families with biblical conviction, employees bringing integrity and faith into their workplaces, and everyday people recognizing that God can use them right where they are. We believe cultural transformation begins when individual hearts are transformed by Jesus.
The future we are building is not centered around an organization. It is centered around a movement of people who understand their calling and embrace their responsibility to influence the world around them for the Kingdom of God. We are committed to creating resources, opportunities, and communities that help people grow spiritually and engage their culture with confidence, compassion, and conviction.
